Description
A nice example of an issued CWC G10 supplied to the Royal Navy with 0552 stamp.
CWC were a brand used by the Ministry of Defence to supply wristwatches for military use by all services, Army (W10), Navy (0552) and Air Force (6BB).
This example was issued in 1989, so likely saw service in the Gulf War. This example is in good condition with only a few light marks from wear, all are commensurate with an issued watch of this age. The dial and hands have aged with a nice light patina to both dial and hands.
CWC G10’s offer a great entry point to military watches and are fine as a daily wearer.
All parts are original, and the watch keeps time. Case is 36mm and fixed bars are 18mm. Comes on a new green Nato band as seen.
Points to consider: CWC G10, issued 1989 so likely saw service in the Gulf. Nice patina and all original.
