Description

A CYMA WWW ‘Dirty Dozen’ that comes serviced with warranty by Simon Freese Watchmakers of Essex.

The service was carried out in April 2024 and the 12 month mechanical warranty runs from this date. The watch is in good condition showing only a few small marks commensurate with an issued watch of this age. WWW watches were issued in 1945, so this piece is approaching almost 80 years. The case has been polished at some point, but there are no major dents or dings. The case back is still nice and sharp with legible engravings that read WWW P24948 29948

At 37mm the stainless steel case is the 2nd largest of the 12, and only sits behind the Longines at 38mm. The watch comes on a new black Nato band, for 18 mm fixed bars.

As mentioned the cal 234 has been fully serviced and is running well. Around 20,000 were produced but considering it’s size, stainless case, and popularity amongst collectors, nice examples are becoming harder to find. Comes with service receipt for transfer of warranty.

Points to consider: CYMA WWW, 37mm steel case, Simon Freese serviced with warranty.
