A very nice and original CYMA WWW ‘Dirty Dozen’ issued to the British Army, circa 1945.
The watch is very good vintage condition with a sharp case and original dial and hands. The hands have thicker lume which has aged with a lovely brown patina. The 38mm stainless steel case is the largest of the dozen is always a popular choice amongst collectors. All original and includes the dust cap. There are some small marks commesurate with an 80 year old watch. Please view all photos provided to help with the description.
The movement runs but has not been serviced in my ownership. For daily wear I would therefore recommend a service, but for rotational wear it will be fine. The watch was running approx +- 45 secs per day the last time I wore it. 3 months mechanical warranty is included from the date of sale. This is with Simon Freese Watchmakers and does not include accidental or water dame etc.
Good clean examples of these military watches are getting harder to find.
