Description
A rare Eterna WWW ‘Dirty Dozen’ in beautiful condition that comes fully serviced by Simon Freese Watch Makers of Essex, UK.
Only 5000 of these were issued putting them at number 2 in the rare list of WWW’s produced. Only the Grana came in lower numbers than the Eterna, and prices on those are now stratospheric. Finding these rare birds in this condition is becoming harder to do, and this is one of the nicest examples you will likely see.
This Eterna is in stunning condition as the dial and hands having aged with a lovely chesnut patina. The case is extremely good and still appears very sharp after all these years. The crown is also original. Caseback is correct with a clear and legible engraving. The case size is 36mm with 18mm fixed bars. The movement was serviced September 2024, and has the remainder of the 12 months included in sale.

Points to consider: Rare Eterna WWW with 5000 issued in 1945, superb example with chesnut patina, all original watch, serviced with warranty.
