A nice WWW MOD dial RECORD that comes fully serviced with warranty.
One of the ‘Dirty Dozen’ of 12 watches issued to the Ministry of Defence for use of the British Army. This example is one of the few to have a later tritium ‘M.O.D’ dial, which came to replace the previous radium dials.
The 36mm plated brass case has minimum signs of brassing to the side. The dial has aged with a vanilla patina to it, and the hands have been relumed to match. Overall the watch is in good condition, but there are some wear marks commensurate with an issued watch of this age.
18mm fixed bars. This piece comes with a new grey NATO band as seen.
The cal 022K was serviced in May 2024 and 12 months mechanical warranty will be included from this date.
