For sale is a WWW TIMOR circa 1945. One of the favourites within the 12.
The 36.5mm case is unpolished and stands out with its ‘ghosted” finish that was designed to reduce glare and the reflection of light. The watch is in good vintage condition with correct dial (original), hands and crown. TIMOR is Number 8 in the ‘Dirty Dozen’ volume table with 13000 produced. These are getting harder to find, and comes on a new olive 18mm Nato as shown.
The watch is an issued piece, and almost 80 years old. There are some small marks from use, but these are commensurate with a watch of this age.
The watch was serviced in June 2024 by Simon Freese Watchmakers in Southend on Sea and carries the remainder of the 12 month mechanical warranty from that date. Accidental damage, water damage etc is not covered (Please read see the warranty page).
