U.K address : All items will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared funds. U.K sales are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be insured up to £2500. If an item exceeds £2500 the balance will be insured at Parcel Pro. All shipments will require a signature.

E.U and R.O.W : Fedex Express will be used for shipments outside the U.K. Items will be marked at full sale value for insurance purposes with Parcel Pro. Calculation of local taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please provide full name, address, email and phone number to receive tracking updates. The express service is 48hrs, but this will depend on customs clearance. Fedex shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Warranty

All mechanical watches will come with some form of mechanical warranty. This covers the mechanism only, and will not cover issues with crowns, stems, plexis, straps etc. All mechanical watches have a minimum of 1 months mechanical warranty, see description of the watch in question. If the watch has been serviced, the service ticket will need to be included in the return. Quartz watches are not covered unless previously serviced by Century Time Watches. 

All servicing and warranties covered by Century Time Watches will be carried out in the United Kingdom. Any warranty repair will be completed at the earliest opportunity, but this will depend on the service levels at the time. If a watch needs to be returned for repairs a delivery address will be provided, and the watch needs to returned with tracking/signature at the very minimum. Until the watch has been delivered it remains the responsibility of the sender.

Please be aware that these are vintage pieces that can almost be classed as antiques. A watch that is 60-70 years old may not perform as well as a modern watch. The majority of listings will be vintage pieces and some understanding should be placed on the age. In some cases dial or hand lume may have been replaced at a later date. Any warranty provided will be for mechanical work only. Any accidental, water or third-party damage will not be covered. Please assume all vintage watches are not waterproof/resistant unless a pressure test has been completed. 

If a watch is returned under warranty all return shipping and insurance costs will be at the buyers expense and risk. Century Time Watches will not be responsible for any loss or damages at this stage. Once an item is received any return shipping costs and insurance will be paid for by Century Time Watches.

Returns

Sales are final unless the item has been incorrectly marketed and described. All watches will be accurately described with case and lug sizes. Please be certain the watch is correct for you before purchasing. All pictures will be of the actual watch that is listed for sale, so please view all photographs provided before purchase.

Cancellation – Refunds

Cancellations are only accepted if the item has not yet been shipped. Refunds will be made net of any fees paid by Century Time Watches. Allow 10 days for Stripe refunds to appear on a statement.
